Panino Giusto

One of the specialties on offer at Panino Giusto in Milan is a shot of espresso with a dice-sized cube of chocolate coated vanilla ice cream.  Unwrap the ice cream, toss it into the espresso and swirl it around a bit and prepare for heaven in a cup.
