Tokyo's Tsukiji Fish Market is one of the most amazing places I've ever been. Things start to stir here about 2 in the morning when tourists come in hope of getting one of 120 places to view the tuna auction that begins at 5:00 or so. Outside the auction area lie the docks where product is packaged and made ready for export. Beyond that there are a number of streets and alleyways lined with stalls and restaurants selling seafood of ever type imaginable. I took this photo with the pano setting on my iPhone 7.
The view of Edmonton's downtown at night is often photographed and it can be a challenge to come up with a shot this is a little bit difference. Night time exposures are long and by changing the focal length on a zoom lens during the exposure light streaks like these are easy to capture.
A few weeks ago I was out on an evening photo shoot with a couple of friends. We got some great shots of the Edmonton skyline but when I took a little break from that I noticed this scene which resulted in one of my favourite photos from the night.
