This weird little photograph - which I think would be quite at home on the walls of any modern art gallery was taken as a bit of an experiment. I came across a trail-closed sign in the river valley and the back of the sign was rather scratched up. At first pass it looked like just another aluminium sign but when I looked closely I could see lots of faint colour. A simple vibrancy/saturation adjustment in Adobe Lightroom resulted in this image.
